Wellness is the quality or state of being in good health especially as an actively sought goal, through balanced nutrition, regular exercise, adequate rest, optimal supplementation and good stress management. 8. Global data show that more than 90% of cases of severe Covid-19 symptoms and high fatality rates had pre-existing health conditions or co-morbidities like obesity, diabetes, heart issues, etc.
